RETURN POLICY - Online Purchase
Any product subject to return must be in new condition, have sales tags attached, be returned in its original packaging, and include manuals and accessories if applicable. Remember to also include the original receipt or a copy.
Regular priced items will be fully refunded if the return is made within 15 days following the purchase.
Before initiating a return for an online purchase, you must contact us by phone to obtain authorization and details on the procedure to follow.
*Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN POLICY - In-Store and Online Purchase
It is possible to exchange or return products purchased in-store and online within 15 days following your purchase for a refund and within 30 days for an exchange.
Visit our store at 376 Racine East, Chicoutimi with your receipt to return your new, unused, unworn items in their original packaging.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Any merchandise eligible for return must be in its original packaging, must not have been worn, must not have been washed, and price tags must still be attached.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds on swimwear, underwear, life jackets, wetsuits, and all clearance items.
